Escrow Guidelines

• A service fee of 1.5% applies and is deducted from the sellers payout.
• Funds are deposited to the PayShield Escrow wallet and remain secure until the buyer confirms goods or services are received.
• Both parties receive confirmation emails with a verification code to track the escrow status.
• In case of disputes, the seller must provide proof of delivery or completion. If not resolved, an arbitrator may require additional documentation from both parties.
• If the seller fails to provide evidence within 48 hours, funds will be returned to the buyer.
